5.1 The created content will be stored for 7*24 hours, while the photos, GIFs, or videos you upload as materials for face-editing will be stored on a remote server in Hong Kong and exclusively during your use of the Services. This retention allows you to quickly access the created content if you close and reopen the Website during processing or for repeated use of the Services.

5.2 The Website is maintained in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”), and you understand that data stored in the HKSAR may be subject to lawful requests by local courts or law enforcement authorities. Any information you provide via the Website may be stored, processed, transferred between, and accessed from the HKSAR and other regions or countries, which may not guarantee the same level of protection as the one in which you reside. You explicitly consent to and agree to such transfer, storing, and/or processing of your information outside the region or country in which you reside.

5.3 If you are from the EU, it is important for you to know that the transfer of your data to recipients in these countries is secured either by standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and compliant with EU data protection laws.
