5.2 The Website is maintained in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”), and you understand that data stored in the HKSAR may be subject to lawful requests by local courts or law enforcement authorities. Any information you provide via the Website may be stored, processed, transferred between, and accessed from the HKSAR and other regions or countries, which may not guarantee the same level of protection as the one in which you reside.
